At LYFSNAK , we are committed to providing you with the best quality food products. Since our items are perishable food products, they are non-returnable once sold. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we do consider refunds or replacements under certain conditions.
- Non-Returnable Products
All our food items fall under the non-returnable category due to hygiene and safety reasons. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned. - Refunds / Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during transit.
The product is expired or of poor quality at the time of delivery. - Conditions for Claim
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide order details (Order ID, invoice, etc.).
You may be asked to share photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product for verification. - Refund Process
Once your claim is verified and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
In case of a replacement, the new product will be shipped within 2–4 working days, subject to availability. - Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:
The product is used, opened, or partially consumed.
The issue is reported after the 24-hour complaint window.
