At LYFSNAK , we are committed to providing you with the best quality food products. Since our items are perishable food products, they are non-returnable once sold. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we do consider refunds or replacements under certain conditions.

  1. Non-Returnable Products
    All our food items fall under the non-returnable category due to hygiene and safety reasons. Once the product is delivered, it cannot be returned.
  2. Refunds / Replacement Eligibility
    Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:
    You received the wrong product.
    The product was damaged during transit.
    The product is expired or of poor quality at the time of delivery.
  3. Conditions for Claim
    To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
    You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
    You must provide order details (Order ID, invoice, etc.).
    You may be asked to share photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product for verification.
  4. Refund Process
    Once your claim is verified and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
    In case of a replacement, the new product will be shipped within 2–4 working days, subject to availability.
  5. Non-Eligible Cases
    Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:
    The product is used, opened, or partially consumed.
    The issue is reported after the 24-hour complaint window.
    You changed your mind or no longer want the product after delivery.
